Sandli Pandey is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.
Ms. Pandey joined Debevoise in 2024. She graduated from King’s College London with an LL.B. in 2021 and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2022. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Pandey trained in the London office of another U.S. firm where she gained experience in funds regulation, leverage finance, private equity transactions and tax. She is fluent in Hindi.
Ms. Pandey was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2024.
