Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has represented a consortium of investors led by RRJ Capital in its equity investment of $600 million into Vista, a leading global private aviation group.

The investment is intended to optimize Vista’s capital structure, enhance free cashflow generation, and reduce indebtedness to aid Vista’s goal of deleveraging, strengthening its financial position and diversifying its investor base.

The transaction is expected to close before the end of March 2025.
