Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Lovell Minnick Partners (“LMP”) in its strategic growth investment in Broadstone.

Broadstone is a leading, independent UK financial services consultancy delivering expert advice to employers, insurers, lenders and pension scheme trustees.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory reviews and approvals.
