Philippe Tengelmann is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. Mr. Tengelmann is recommended by IFLR1000 (2022) for both Debt and Equity Capital Markets and M&A.Mr. Tengelmann joined the firm in January 2003. He received a DJCE/DESS in Business Law from Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg) in 1999 and a double diploma from the WHU Koblenz Business School (Germany) and E.M. Lyon (France) in 2002. Mr. Tengelmann is a member of the Paris Bar. He is fluent in French, German and English. Philippe Tengelmann est Counsel au sein de notre bureau de Paris et membre du département Corporate du cabinet. Il intervient dans le cadre d'opérations de fusions-acquisitions, corporate finance et de marchés de capitaux. Philippe Tengelmann est recommandé par IFLR1000 (2022) dans les secteurs Marchés de Capitaux (Dette et “Equity”) ainsi que dans Fusions & Acquisitions.Philippe Tengelmann a rejoint Debevoise & Plimpton LLP en 2003.
