Our resident Paris team consists of highly skilled lawyers who work on a range of corporate and contentious matters. Key areas of activity include private equity, capital markets, M&A, litigation, arbitration, white collar crime and internal investigations.

The Paris team is supported by Debevoise’s France Desk, a broader team of lawyers with substantial French experience in other offices.
