Kikoun Landry Coulibaly is a corporate associate and a member of the Funds/Investment Management Group. 

Mr. Coulibaly joined Debevoise in 2024. Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Coulibaly spent six years at a top-tier French firm where he developed a practice advising on all aspects of the whole life cycle of fundraising operations. His experience spans multiple sectors and strategies, representing both French and international sponsors/management companies, and first-time funds/first time teams entering the market as well as certain regulatory aspects relating thereto (AIFMD and MIFID issues). He also represents institutional investors, corporates, family offices etc. in negotiating the terms and conditions of their investment in funds. 

Mr. Coulibaly received a Master’s degree in International Business Law from University of Tours (France) in 2013. He is also a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where he holds an LL.M in European and International Business Law (2016). 

Mr. Coulibaly is admitted to the Paris bar (2018) and was also admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2021. He is fluent in French and English.
