Guang Yang is a corporate counsel based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.
His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies including buyout, venture capital, real estate and fund of funds, as well as secondary transactions including traditional acquisitions and dispositions of fund interests and fund restructurings. Mr. Yang’s recent experience includes acting for EQT Private Capital Asia, HongShan Capital Group, StepStone Group and Ally Bridge Group.
Mr. Yang joined Debevoise in 2019. Mr. Yang received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2016, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a notes editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. Mr. Yang received an M.T.S. from Harvard University in 2013 and a B.A. from Peking University in 2011.
Mr. Yang is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.

杨律师于2019年加入德普。此前他曾就职于一家知名的国际律所，代表领先的全球另类资产管理公司处理私募股权基金的设立及持续管理事宜。杨律师是纽约州律师协会成员。
