David J. Hotelling is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Hotelling joined Debevoise in 2018. From 2017 to 2018, he clerked for the Hon. Robert W. Lehrburger, United States Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. From 2016 to 2017, he clerked for the Hon. James C. Francis IV, United States Magistrate Judge, in the Southern District. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2016, where he was editor-in-chief of the Harvard Human Rights Journal and a lead article editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from Syracuse University in 2013.
