    • The controlling shareholders and certain directors of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and MSG Networks, Inc. in multiple derivative suits in the Delaware Court of Chancery arising from a stock-for-stock merger between those two entities.
    • Resolution Life, a global life insurance group focusing on the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies, in a seven day bench trial resulting in an award of $75 million in damages and pre-judgment interest. The case stemmed from an attempted 2017 transaction in which Resolution Life sought to sell its Nebraska-based life insurance company, Lincoln Benefit Life, to Global Bankers Insurance Group.
    • AIG Financial Products Corporation defending claims in Connecticut state court by former executives seeking payment of bonuses allegedly payable under the terms of a deferred compensation scheme.
    • Merck KGaA in trademark infringement, false advertising, cybersquatting, and breach of contract litigation against Merck & Co.
    • Arcesium, a global financial company delivering post-investment and enterprise data management solutions, in an antitrust and contract dispute with SS&C regarding certain software products.
    • A national bank in responding to inquiries by the NYAG and DOJ concerning a specialty commercial lending business.
