Christina Heil is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Heil joined Debevoise in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a corporate lawyer for another major U.S. law firm and as team manager for a leading digital legal services provider.
Ms. Heil studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Fordham University School of Law in New York City. She passed the First State Examination in Hamburg in 2013. After working as a research assistant at a Magic Circle law firm in Düsseldorf and her traineeship at the District Court in Wiesbaden, Ms. Heil passed her Second State Examination in 2017. During her traineeship, she worked as a trainee for the German Consulate General in Miami and for a major U.S. law firm in Frankfurt and New York City.
She was admitted to the Frankfurt Bar in 2019.
Christina Heil is a member of the German Corporate Law Association (VGR) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association.
Her native language is German and she is fluent in English.
