Yiran Ji is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets Groups.

Mr. Ji joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2020.  Mr. Ji received an LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science with first class honours in 2019, where he was awarded the Blackstone Chambers Prize. He completed the L.P.C. with distinction at BPP Law School in 2020. 

Mr. Ji was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2022.
