Iris Pan is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, credit and debt funds. Ms. Pan’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as HarbourVest Partners and Stone Point Capital.
Ms. Pan joined Debevoise in 2018. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2015, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. She received her B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Mount Holyoke College in 2012.
Ms. Pan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
