R. Weston Donehower (“Wes”) is a Capital Markets Attorney in the Corporate Department.

Mr. Donehower was an associate at Debevoise from 2007-2011, and rejoined the firm in 2020. He received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Michigan Law Review. He received a B.A. from St. John’s College.

Mr. Donehower is a member of the New York bar.
