Victoria G. J. Brown is a corporate associate based in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Finance Group. Ms. Brown’s practice includes a broad range of domestic and international transactions, with a particular focus on project, energy and infrastructure finance; private equity fund finance; and aircraft finance.

Ms. Brown joined the firm in 2009. She received a J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, in 2008. She received a B.A. with honors and with distinction from Stanford University in 2004.

Ms. Brown is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
