Tingting Wu is a counsel based in the Shanghai office. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Named in China Business Law Journal's A-List (2022) and recommended by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2021), Ms. Wu represents multinational companies and Chinese companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment in China, initial public offerings and compliance with U.S. securities laws and regulations.

Ms. Wu has extensive experience in representing multinational insurance companies. Ms. Wu also advises clients on compliance with the U.S. FCPA, and she supports the firm’s work on FCPA investigations involving business transactions in China.

Ms. Wu received her LL.M. in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and LL.B. and B.A. in 2003 from the University of Science & Technology of China. She is admitted to practise as an attorney in New York in 2006, and passed the PRC National Judicial Examination in 2008. Ms. Wu’s native language is Mandarin, and she is fluent in English.
