Thomas M. Santella is a corporate associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Santella joined Debevoise in 2023. He currently serves on the New York City Bar’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Committee. Mr. Santella received his J.D.
magna cum laude
from New York Law School where he was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, an affiliate of the Center for Business and Financial Law and a staff member of the
New York Law School Law Review
. He received an MLA from Temple University in 2007 and a B.S. from Temple University in 2004. Prior to graduating from law school, he worked in the technology and health care industries.
