Thais Derjangocyan is a corporate staff attorney and a member of the firm’s Finance Group.
Ms. Derjangocyan joined Debevoise in 2024. Prior to joining the New York office, Ms. Derjangocyan was a judicial intern for the New York Supreme Court’s Commercial Division and was a legal intern at FINRA. Ms. Derjangocyan received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2022, graduating as an affiliate of the Center for Business and Financial Law, awarded to students who specialize their studies in business and financial services law. She received her B.S. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2017.
Ms. Derjangocyan is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey. She is fluent in Armenian and Turkish.
