Tess J. Kim is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group. 

Ms. Kim joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Kim received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2024, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a productions editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. She received her B.A. from Columbia University in 2021.
