Sigan Chen is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Chen joined Debevoise in 2023. She received a J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2023, where she was an articles editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 2017.

Ms. Chen speaks Mandarin Chinese.
