Shawn D’Aguiar is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on fund structuring and formation.Mr. D’Aguiar has substantial experience advising clients in the private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital sectors.
