Satyen Gupta is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Gupta joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Gupta received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2023, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and public affairs editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He received a Certificate in Global Business Law & Governance in 2023 from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po, and Columbia Law School. He received a B.A. cum laude from the University of Chicago in 2020.

Mr. Gupta speaks French and Hindi.
