Sarah Lee is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group in New York. Her practice focuses on public international law and international arbitration. Ms. Lee regularly represents and advises corporations and sovereign States in disputes concerning a range of sectors, including the oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and financial industries.
Ms. Lee serves on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC) and was on the 2022 American Society of International Law Annual Meeting Committee. She served as teaching assistant and guest lectured for Mark W. Friedman’s International Arbitration course at Yale Law School in Fall 2022.
Ms. Lee received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2016, where she was an executive editor for the Harvard International Law Journal Online. She obtained a B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University in 2013.
Ms. Lee is admitted to the New York Bar. She is a native speaker of French and Korean and has basic knowledge of Spanish and Chinese.
