Sarah Burke is a counsel based in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. Her practice focuses on the on the employment and executive compensation-related aspects of public and private merger and acquisition transactions, including private equity transactions.

Ms. Burke has extensive experience advising on a broad range of matters involving executive compensation, including employment agreements and equity incentive arrangements.

She received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 2005, and her J.D. from Northwestern University in 2010.
