Sandy M. De Sousa is an associate and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.

Ms. De Sousa joined Debevoise in 2019. Ms. De Sousa received her J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where she was the executive editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and a student advocate in the Conflict Management Program and FINRA Investor Advocacy Project. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Montclair State University in 2013.

Ms. De Sousa is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
