Samantha Rahmin is a corporate associate and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Rahmin joined Debevoise in 2022.

Ms. Rahmin received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022 and a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2021. Ms. Rahmin received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
