Ryan Katz is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Katz joined Debevoise in 2023. He received his J.D. cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2023, where he served as a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Mr. Katz received a B.A. summa cum laude from Hofstra University in 2020.
