Richard W. Hughes is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Hughes joined Debevoise in 2019. Mr. Hughes received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019, where he was a James Kent Scholar and served as an articles editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. He received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2016.
