Rebeka D. Cohan is a tax associate and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.

Ms. Cohan joined Debevoise in 2024. She received her J.D. summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Brooklyn Law Review and the recipient of the Edith C. Blum Foundation Prize for excellence in taxation. She received a B.A. from Barnard College in 2014.

Ms. Cohan is the author of Too Small to Succeed: How Small Nonprofits are Disadvantaged by the Unrelated Business Income Tax (88 Brook. L. Rev. 1385, 2023).
