Paul Laszlo is a corporate counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds. Mr. Laszlo’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Laszlo joined Debevoise in 2013. Mr. Laszlo received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2013, where he served on the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. He received an A.B. magna cum laude and with highest distinction from Duke University in 2010.
