Nur K. Sultan is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Sultan joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Sultan received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2022, where she was a senior editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. At Harvard Law School, Ms. Sultan was awarded Dean’s Scholar Prizes in Mass Media Law, Business Strategy for Lawyers, Trusts and Estates, Accounting and Civil Procedure. She received a B.A. from Cornell University in 2019, where she graduated as a Degree Marshal for the College of Arts & Sciences and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
