Nicole M. Flores is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and White Collar Litigation Groups. Ms. Flores has litigated trademark, copyright, trade secret, and design patent cases in federal court and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, as well as handling sensitive investigations before the Department of Justice. Ms. Flores also has federal trial experience, in both trademark and complex criminal matters, including a 7-week long trial in the Eastern District of New York. She represents clients across a range of industries including the fashion, art, entertainment, technology, sports, alcohol and pharmaceutical industries.

Ms. Flores joined Debevoise in 2019. Ms. Flores received her J.D. magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School—Newark in 2019, where she received the Myron Harkavy Trial Prize, was selected to the Order of the Coif and was senior managing editor of the Rutgers Law Record. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Hofstra University in 2013.
