Nicholas Vota is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group. 

Mr. Vota joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Vota received a J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023, where he was an articles editor of the St. John’s Law Review. He received a B.S. from Cornell University in 2018.
