Debevoise Advises B&M in its £250 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised B&M European Value Retail S.A. (“B&M”) in its offering of £250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2031.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to repay certain existing indebtedness, for general corporate purposes, including for growth in working capital to support the increase in the number of stores and increased inventory in response to recent shipping disruptions, and to pay transaction fees and expenses.

B&M is a well-established, disciplined and agile retailer of a limited assortment of best-selling grocery and general merchandise products, with over 1,200 stores in the UK and France. B&M is listed on the London Stock Exchange, and the notes will be listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
