Esther Stefanini is an associate based in the London office and a member of the Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on securities matters and equity and debt capital markets transactions. Ms. Stefanini advises issuers in U.S.-registered and global equity offerings, high-yield, and convertible bond offerings, equity buybacks and debt tender offers. Ms. Stefanini joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Stefanini received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2022, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Journal of European Law as well as a Pro Bono Scholar. She received her LL.B. in 2021 from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she was selected for the dual degree J.D./LL.B. Program.
