Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announces that Kevin Grondahl, David Iozzi, Anne-Lise Quach, Molly Stockley and Tricia Sherno have been named counsel to the firm. Their promotions became effective on January 1.
Kevin Grondahl is a member of the firm’s Finance Group, resident in the New York office. His practice focuses on bank loans, high-yield bond transactions and syndicated and direct lending transactions as well as public and private bond issuances.
David Iozzi is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, resident in the New York office. His practice focuses on advising corporations, private equity funds and alternative capital sources in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, secondaries and co-investments.
Anne-Lise Quach is a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group, resident in the New York office. Her practice focuses on representations of institutional and other investors in connection with their private equity investments, including primary investments, anchor and seed investments and GP stake purchases.
Molly Stockley is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, resident in the New York office. She leads the M&A Group’s due diligence practice and focuses on other key areas of M&A transactions as well as mezzanine fund equity investments.
Tricia Sherno is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, resident in the New York office. Her practice focuses on employment and general commercial litigation. She has a broad-gauged employment law practice, with experience representing clients in matters involving discrimination and harassment, contracts, corporate raiding and compensation across a broad range of industries.
