Anne-Lise Quach is a counsel at Debevoise and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on representations of institutional and other investors in connection with their private equity investments, including U.S and international buyout, venture capital, open-ended funds and other sector funds, and anchor and seed investments. Her clients include HarbourVest Partners, The Ford Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, PSP Investments as well as pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth family offices. Ms. Quach also advises the Stone Barns Center for Agriculture in connection with their general corporate governance.Ms. Quach is recommended by Chambers USA (2024), where clients note that she is “smart, thoughtful and responsive” and “a dedicated lawyer who radiates confidence and expertise.”Ms. Quach joined the firm in 2008.
