Nathaniel Waldman is a law clerk in the Litigation Department. 

Nathaniel joined Debevoise in 2024. Nathaniel received their J.D. from NYU Law in 2024, where they served as the colloquium editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change and the national research chair of Law Students for Climate Accountability. Nathaniel received a B.A. from The George Washington University in 2019.
