Moeun Cha is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on international dispute resolution and public international law.
Ms. Cha joined Debevoise in 2016. She received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2016, where she was senior editor of the Yale Journal of International Law. She received an A.B. from Harvard College with honors in 2013.
