- A creditor in its role regarding a portion of Thames Water PLC’s super senior bonds, and the related restructuring plan submitted by Thames Water Utilities Holdings Limited to the High Court, sanctioning emergency financing instruments under Part 26A of the Companies Act.
- Aflac as lender in a series of loan and bond transactions.
- American National, a multiline U.S. insurer, in the financing aspects of its sale of a $1.6 billion senior direct lending portfolio to Coller Capital in a credit secondaries transaction.
- OCS Group, a global facilities services business and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio company, in the £1.08 billion refinancing of its existing term and revolving credit facility.
- An electric vehicle company in its distressed situation, including secured bridge financing and a concurrent convertible bond exchange, a first in the European market, and subsequent strategic sale transaction.
- A global alternative asset manager and two portfolio companies in a sustainability-linked €725 million hybrid infrastructure and leveraged financing. The financing was shortlisted for IFLR Europe 2024 “Loan Deal of the Year”.
