Michelle Qi is an international associate based in the Shanghai office. She has represented multinational companies and Chinese companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with U.S. securities laws and regulations and foreign direct investments in China.

Ms. Qi received her LL.M. in 2011 from Cornell University Law School and LL.B. in 2010 from East China University of Political Science and Law. She is admitted to the New York Bar, and passed the PRC National Judicial Examination in 2009.

Ms. Qi’s native language is Mandarin and she is fluent in English.
