Michael Pan is a corporate associate and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Pan joined Debevoise in 2020. Mr. Pan received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2020, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received a B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia in 2017.
