Michael Ellis is a corporate associate and member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Ellis joined Debevoise in 2023. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2023, where he was a staff editor for the Tax Law Review. He received a B.A. magna cum laude from New York University in 2020.
