Melyssa Eigen is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Eigen joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Eigen received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2022, where she was a research assistant at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. She received a B.S.E. summa cum laude from Carnegie Mellon University in 2017.

Ms. Eigen is the author of “Youth and Extended Reality. An Initial Exploration of Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Realities” (2021) and “German Digital Council: An ‘Inside Out’ Case Study” (2021).
