Megan K. Arrogante is a counsel and member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Insurance Groups in New York. Ms. Arrogante’s practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters for clients operating in the insurance industry.
Ms. Arrogante has extensive experience advising insurance companies, private equity firms, insurance producers, reinsurers, start-ups and investors on a broad range of transactional matters, including structuring complex carve-out transactions through reinsurance and administrative services arrangements. She has also advised domestic and international insurance companies on corporate governance matters including the formation of entities, reorganizations, conversions, divestitures and dissolutions.
Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Arrogante worked at another international law firm. Earlier in her career, she served as an in-house attorney at CUNA Mutual Group.
Ms. Arrogante received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School magna cum laude in 2010 and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. from DePaul University summa cum laude in 2007.
