Max Lovrin is a corporate associate and a member of the Finance Group.

Mr. Lovrin joined Debevoise in 2021. From 2020 to 2021, he clerked for the Hon. Martin Glenn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Lovrin received his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2020, where he was an executive articles editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Mr. Lovrin received a B.A. from Bard College in 2010.
