Matt Kuhlik is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Financial Institutions and Insurance Groups.

Mr. Kuhlik joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2024, where he was a Florence Allen Scholar and a managing editor of the NYU Annual Survey of American Law. Mr. Kuhlik received his B.B.A with high distinction from Emory University in 2016.
