Mahaylia Latoya Hines is a litigation associate.

Ms. Hines joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Hines received a J.D. magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law in 2022, where she was also a senior solicitations and submissions editor for the Howard Law Journal (Vol. 64). Ms. Hines also received three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the courses of Sports Law, Food Law and Criminal Procedure I. Moreover, Ms. Hines is a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Epsilon Sigma Iota Sorority, Inc. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Florida International University in 2019.
