Lana Robins is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Ms. Robins helps innovators protect and defend their intellectual property. Her practice focuses on high-stakes patent, copyright, and trade secret disputes in state and federal courts across the country.  

Ms. Robins joined Debevoise in 2024. From 2020 to 2021, she clerked for the Hon. J. Michelle Childs of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Robins received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2020 and a B.A. from the George Washington University in 2016.
