Kyra Bromley is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department whose practice focuses on antitrust law in both transaction and litigation contexts. Recommended by The Legal 500 US, Ms. Bromley has extensive experience in advising on, preparing and obtaining approval of pre-transaction competition filings with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission and advises clients and coordinates representation for merger control filings around the world.

Ms. Bromley has also been actively involved in antitrust litigation, including representation of defendants in the federal and state court Carbon Black Antitrust Litigation and Vitamins Antitrust Litigation, and in representation of firms in the insurance, industrial chemicals and tobacco industries in FTC, DOJ and SEC investigations.

Ms. Bromley is a member of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section and its International and Mergers & Acquisitions committees. She is a contributing author/editor of the American Bar Association’s Premerger Notification Practice Manual, Fifth Edition (2015).

Ms. Bromley received her J.D., with distinction, in 1993 from Emory University School of Law, where she was an associate editor on the Emory Law Journal and admitted to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. She joined Debevoise in 1993.
