Kim Mejía-Cuéllar is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar & Criminal Defense Group.

Ms. Mejía-Cuéllar joined Debevoise in 2024. From 2023 to 2024 she clerked for the Hon. Andrew L. Carter, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Mejía-Cuéllar received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, was awarded the Richman Leadership Fellowship in recognition of her outstanding leadership qualities, and served as an online editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. She received a B.A. from Yale College in 2016.

Ms. Mejía-Cuéllar is a member of the Bar of California. She is fluent in Spanish.
